Formulaction Stability and Microrheology Analyzers

Rheolaser microrheology analyzer

Turbiscan stability analyzer

Microrheology uses micron size particles to measure the local deformation of a sample resulting from an applied stress or due to a change in thermal energy.  Formulaction's Rheolaser product was developed using passive microrheology techniques to analyze soft materials such as colloids, polymers, gels and emulsions.

Formulation of liquid dispersions is becoming more and more complex in order to provide the best end use properties in the shortest development time.  One of the key parameters in the development of these inherently unstable products is the physical stability and shelf life.  Formulaction's Turbiscan technology was introduced over 15 years ago to quickly and accurately analyze the  stability of concentrated dispersions, including emulsions, suspensions and foam.

Please contact us for more information on the Formulaction Rheolaser or Turbiscan.
