 Cilas customers are supported by our Customer Support and Applications Center in centrally located in Madison, Wisconsin.  All parts are locally stocked in order to expedite the support of any of our customers.

We have a team of experienced Customer Support personnel ready to diagnose problems and perform any needed maintenance on your Cilas Laser Particle Size Analyzer. Common repair parts are stocked at our repair center so we are able to get you up and running quickly. Our goal is to provide expert quality service and support for your Cilas analyzer through either a service agreement or on a time and material basis.

IQ/OQ
Our IQ/OQ certification consists of producing a thorough audit trail needed to meet internal and external validation requirements while confirming proper installation and operation with documented tests.

Performance Verification Services

Allows the user to verify the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument using traceable standards.

On Demand Repair
A service representative will come on site and do the repair.  This is billed on a per incident basis.

Consumables and Accessories

Along with standard accessories, we offer many user replaceable consumables to minimize downtime and improve cost of ownership.
