ranging in size from 0.04 to 500 microns can be measured using
the 1090 laser particle size analyzer.
The CILAS 1190 is a research grade instrument that uses three
lasers to ensure the highest accuracy across the entire
measurement range from 0.04 to 2,500 microns.
The Cilas
990, 1090 and 1190 can be configured with liquid dispersion
(990L, 1090L and 1190L), dry dispersion (990D, 1090D, and 1190D)
or liquid and dry dispersion (990LD, 1090LD, and 1190LD). Cilas
"LD" systems include our patented integrated liquid and dry
dispersion modes which eliminate the need for the operator to
change hardware modules or manually slide sensitive optics.
